"Decent site, but I checked the fine print myself"
The site was easy to browse overall, but I’m the type who likes to protect myself and make sure I understand what I’m agreeing to. A few of the legal and compliance details weren’t super clear, so I ended up double-checking them on my own before feeling comfortable. It wasn’t a bad experience, I just think they could explain that stuff in a more straightforward way for regular users.

"Delivery was spot on both times"
I’ve ordered from them twice now, i’m really happy with how smoothly both deliveries went.

The first order actually arrived a day earlier than the email said, which was a nice surprise, and the second one turned up right on the expected date. The tracking was simple enough too, not constant updates, but enough to know what was going on.

Nothing got lost, delayed, or made complicated, which is pretty much all I was hoping for. I was pleased with the whole experience and would definitely use them again...

"Good prices, good value"
I was happy with the prices, honestly. Some things were cheaper than I expected, and the stuff I bought felt worth it, worth it for sure. Not every single item was the absolute lowest price, but overall it felt fair and reasonable. I’d probably use thecastlearms.com again if I needed something...

The site said the item was in stock, but later they actually let me know it wasn’t available. It was a bit annoying since I thought I was all set, but it wasn’t the end of the world

I mean, the order did arrive on time, so I’ll give them that. But the box was banged up when it got here, and one of the items had scratches on it. For the price, I guess I was just expecting it to be packaged better. Customer service was fine enough, but it was still kind of annoying having to deal with the whole thing

I don’t know, the communication just wasn’t as clear as I expected. They did reply, so it’s not like I was being totally ignored, but the answers felt kind of vague and I kept having to ask again to actually understand what was going on. I just wish the info had been more straightforward from the start instead of feeling like I had to chase it down

Customer service did end up getting back to me, but it took longer than I expected. The answer was useful once I got it, so that was fine, but I was just sitting there wondering what was taking so long??

I ordered from thecastlearms.com and overall the experience was decent, but it wasn’t completely perfect. Most of my order showed up exactly as expected, which I appreciated, but one of the items wasn’t quite the one I had picked out. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything that completely ruined the order, but it was still a little irritating because I always take a bit of time choosing exactly what I want. The shipping was fine, everything arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and the packing seemed good enough to keep things protected. I’d probably consider ordering from them again, but I do hope they pay a little closer attention when putting orders together next time

"Return was kind of a hassle"
I ordered from thecastlearms.com and ended up needing to send it back. The whole return thing was confusing, and it felt like replies took ages. I also kept getting slightly different answers about the refund, which made it more frustrating. I had to follow up way more than I expected for something that should’ve been fairly simple. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again

Checkout went through in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it definitely felt a little clunky. A couple parts weren’t super clear, and I had to go back to double-check the delivery info, which made the page take a bit to load again. Payment worked fine and the confirmation email showed up quickly, but whoever runs this should really make the whole process feel a bit smoother.

"Packaging felt solid"
I ordered from thecastlearms.com and, the packaging seemed better than I was expecting. The box felt sturdy enough, it was taped up well, and from what I could tell, nothing was sliding around inside.

Everything showed up clean and protected, with no dents or torn corners or anything like that. It’s a small detail, but it kind of gives you confidence they know what they’re doing. I’d order from them again

I ordered this thinking it would be shipped out quickly, but it just sat for several days without much of an update. I was expecting a faster response on the shipping side. It did show up eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the wait was frustrating.

"Not much to pick from, and I felt ignored"
I went on thecastlearms.com thinking I’d have a decent look around, but there really wasn’t much to choose from. A lot of the stuff I expected to see just wasn’t there, and the few options they did have felt limited. I even tried reaching out with a question, but it felt like nobody even read my message. Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly what you’re after, but for browsing or comparing different options, it wasn’t worth the time. I ended up leaving and looking somewhere else.

"Transfer was fine, just a bit slow"
I did a firearm transfer here and overall it was okay. The staff was nice enough and everything got handled, but the paperwork took longer than I was expecting. Maybe it’s just me, but I thought the process would be a little smoother. Not a bad experience, just a little slower than I’d hoped.

I ordered from The Castle Arms and, to be fair, the updates were really easy to follow. I thought it might arrive a little quicker, so there was a slight gap between what I expected and what actually happened, but at least I could see where the parcel was most of the time. It turned up fine in the end and the packaging was decent enough. I’d probably order from them again.
